Apply for a Grant
All grant opportunities, regardless of amount, must be submitted through the district’s Grant Governance Process prior to application.
Before You Apply
Please have the following information ready before submitting your request:
• Grant guidelines or Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Application deadline
• Brief description of your proposed program
• Estimated budget (entered directly in the form)
• Available grant agreements, terms, or conditions (if provided by the funder)
Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the application deadline (1 month preferred).
How It Works
Step 1 — Submit Intake Request
Complete the online Grant Intake Request Form
Step 2 — District Review
Reviewed by site, division, and district leadership
Step 3 — Apply for Grant
Submit application after district approval
Step 4 — Board Acceptance
Awarded grants are brought to the Board for acceptance
Submission Requirements
• Do not apply before district approval
• All information must be submitted through the intake form
• Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed
